Pricing structure
The Mapped platform can be unlocked through one of the four convenient plans tailored to fit your needs. An additional fee applies for data overage and edge gateways.

Subscription fee
A subscription is required to access Mapped platform. Fee covers discovery, extraction, normalization, and retention of data. Standard subscription fee in a Pro Plan is a flat recurring fee charged per building or per SQFT. Enterprise Plan offers custom pricing to fit your portfolio needs.
Data usage fee
Once the data is extracted and normalized, it is accessed using one of the methods. PRO/Enterprise plans come with limited pre-bundled data. Overages are applicable.
- Graph QL API queries - measured in increments of 1024 Bytes of normalized data extracted; called Return Unit or RU
- Webhooks or Streaming timeseries data extracted
- Prebuilt destination connectors.
Edge gateway fee
An edge gateway is required to discover and extract data from building's networks (on-premise). Gateway is deployed either as a virtual gateway (containerized software) or as physical hardware. Virtual gateway has a recurring monthly fee per deployed instance, and physical gateway has a one-time fee per unit. Note: Gateway is not supported on a Starter plan
